Bedford were recently awarded the construction contract for a series of new PC2 compliant research laboratories and medical teaching lab at Bond University. As the project architect for this project on behalf of Bond University I found that Bedford were able to deliver the highly complex project with a very high standard of finish required for successful research laboratory operations and the staged nature of the project was delivered on time and under pre-tender budget estimates. Bedford were proactive in their approach to the task at hand during the construction phase, ensuring that they fully understood the project deliverables and the client’s expectations.
